CATHEDRAL CITY – CAT CITY!

This month’s “Update” features Cathedral City, one of the desert’s most diverse cities. The Coachella Valley continues to see new housing developments, a steady real estate market which still offers attractive pricing. Housing prices have adjusted slightly lower since early 2023, but prices are way above what we’ve experienced in the past. Median price in Cathedral City was approximately $489,587 in March 2024, 1.1% lower than March 2023, according to Rocket Homes.

Situated in the Heart of Coachella Valley is Cathedral City, or affectionately referred to by the community as “Cat City”.

Cathedral City, a rapidly growing community within the Coachella Valley, encompasses an abundance that beckons exploration. From its textured history to dynamic culture and awe-inspiring natural vistas, this city caters to diverse interests.

Among Cathedral City’s many marvels is its captivating architectural landscape. The St. Louis Cathedral steals undeniable attention with its breathtaking stained-glass windows complimenting towering spires and beautiful landscaping.
