PAUL FLICK

Hi! Thank you for visiting. I grew up in Villanova, PA and went to Villanova University. I graduated in 1974 with a B.S. in English and Education. After graduation, I sold real estate on the Philadelphia Main Line with an old and respected firm, Roach Brothers. I was actually one of my own “best” clients, buying and selling a few properties during that time.

While in school, I also worked as an actor, performing in “summer stock” productions and doing film and commercial work on the East coast. In 1978, encouraged by friends and family, I decided to move to Southern California to peruse the film business. I didn’t want acting to be something I regretted not doing. I was fairly successful in the commercial business (actually had four national commercials running at the same time at one point) but with three children, a mortgage, etc, I decided to get back into the real estate business which had been good to me in the past. It was then, in 1988, that I joined Ramsey Shilling Associates in Toluca Lake CA.

I left the business as a full time agent for a few years to work in the records management business, helping a friend, Peter Pierce launch the west coast opening of Pierce Leahy Business Archives in Los Angeles. I was instrumental in building the business in LA and opening the San Francisco market and facilities. Ultimately, the company merged with Iron Mountain to become the largest records and information management company in the world. By the time I decided to leave the business, I had become the #1 salesman in the world for their records management division.

My three children are out of school now so I decided to get back into something I really enjoyed and returned to real estate. I am now, once again, a full time Realtor with a wealth of knowledge and experience in a number of areas and have an excellent working knowledge of the Los Angeles area.

I look forward to working with you and helping you buy or sell your home. If you see me around town, in Valley Village or hiking on Fryman , stop and say hi!
