Joan is a bonafied Hollywood Hills native who was taught by the best. Her mother, Fran, was a successful, dynamic, and multi million dollar Ramsey Shilling agent for thirty-five years. The two partnered and Joan honed her own skills in the “art of the deal” and her love of architecture. That partnership gave Joan the foundation to evolve in Today’s challenging real estate markets. She has developed a loyal and trusting clientele that continue to call on her to represent them in their unique and expanding real estate portfolios.
