Bridget is a native Californian born and was raised here in Toluca Lake and knows the Los Angeles area quite well. She grew up having a vast real estate knowledge, as her father was a leading Real Estate Executive and an owner of Ramsey-Shilling Associates.

Receiving her license in 1980 and joining the firm of Ramsey Shilling immediately as a Full Time Agent, has allowed her to adapt to the ever changing market and be a consistent Multi Million Dollar Producer, working well with Lenders, Appraisers, Escrow and Title Officers, to ensure satisfaction, trust and repeat business of her clients.

Her knowledge of the market enables her to serve a diverse clientele, from individuals just entering the market to investors and celebrities, whether purchasing or selling a Condo or vast Estate, as well as Investment Properties. She prides herself on being very hands on in every transaction, from her first meeting with a client, through the negotiation process, to the close of escrow.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors.
